I decided to write

The next greatest English novel

When you come tired home from work 

and you ask your teen, about homework

he will show you my book 

I’d never text 

That’s cheating

But if I did really really really well

would you recognise my love letter

In your favourite newspaper

Would you flinch if my face slid under your door on a leaflet

The English believe the L word is very very heavy

I agree, so I drop it
