Come to NYC! You’ll bag a hubby and put him in your checked bags back to LHR for a happy 🇺🇸🇬🇧 power couple

Nonsense. NYC is the hardest "dating market" in the world.

NYC is a great place to pair off if you are foreign and attractive. I don’t think Stella would have any trouble

Pairing off happens regularly. Don't know about actual marriage though.

Lots of marriages in my Catholic crowd between locals and internationals.

Not that many between the locals in big US cities 🫠

We don’t end up old—we end up dead. What matters is what you do before. For now anyway; we might still become immortal one day, despite so many people’s diligent and hearty efforts to arrest progress and prevent the world from being too nice a place to live in.

Tales of machismo and oppression. And the fact that you, a Greek woman who desires marriage, isn't in a relationship with one.

Here's a TikTok comment comparing Arab and Greek men; "My mother is Greek and said she’d never marry a Greek man, and never wanted me or my sister involved with one. For very similar reasons. Culturally, it is just normal to treat women poorly and abuse them, and they are known for bad tempers. If you find a man who is good to his woman, that is quite rare. Lots of problems in culture and passed down from the parents. It’s a continuous cycle of learning bad and abusive behavior from parents."

I am pleasantly confused.
